We didn’t begin with a product we began with a frustration:

too many buildings being compromised by avoidable problems.

Decades of fieldwork showed us where systems fail and how they could be built smarter from the start.

Most systems treat water damage as an external event something to detect once it’s already inside your home.

We started by asking a different question:

What if we could contain a leak before it ever became a damage?

Instead of adding more alarms or chasing smarter apps, we reimagined the infrastructure itself.

Our first solution is installed at the apartment level as a single, sealed unit connecting each faucet through a custom-designed sealed box and a pipe-in-pipe configuration.

Together, they create a fully enclosed network for the apartment’s water system.

If a leak occurs anywhere in this internal path, water is immediately redirected into a central drainage line, safely discharging into the sewer system.

At the lowest point of the system, a passive sensor detects the presence of water and sends a real-time SMS alert to the owner or building manager.

The system activates automatically, requires no configuration, and integrates seamlessly into the standard construction workflow.
